This portfolio page showcases a collection of character design sketches, sheets, and final designs from various projects.

These characters are part of a creative endeavour where I've developed original stories and corresponding character designs.

One notable project explores the emotional journey of grief in children, personifying different stages of loss as distinct lands inhabited by unique characters.

This narrative aims to sensitively guide young readers through the complexities of emotions that follow the loss of a loved one.

Another project featured here is a fantasy narrative centred around a world at war between three clans: two monster factions and a human clan.

The humans are perceived as monster hunters, while the monster clans are divided by their values and cultural differences.

One clan prioritises magic and intelligence, while the other values strength and harmony with nature.

Despite their differences, the story follows a group of main characters from opposing sides who form unexpected bonds, highlighting the commonalities that unite them.

Through this narrative, I aim to convey the message that despite our differences, we share a common humanity and often rely on each other for survival.

The next set of images is based on a book by the name of Swallows and Amazons, where I created character designs of the main characters based on the descriptions provided, research on the period and their personalities.
